Competitive sports in general afford participants the opportunity to grow physically, intellectually, and emotionally. While this is true at Grace Prep, our primary purpose is to be Christ-centered, and for a relationship with Him to inform every aspect of our sports program.
A member of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) since 1996, Grace Prep is home to the 2005 TAPPS 5A State Championship Football team (five State Championships in the last eight years) as well as State Championships in Men’s Basketball, Baseball, Track & Field, Cross Country, Golf, Wrestling, and District/Regional Championships in Women’s Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, and Track & Field since beginning competitive sports at the academy. Many of our graduates have moved on to athletic/academic success at Division 1 schools, and even professional sports.
With an excellent coaching and training staff, supportive school community, and highly successful track record, Grace Prep provides students an outstanding prospect not only to develop skills in their given sport, but most importantly, to glorify God with the talents given by Him.
