Grace Prep Annual Physical Day

Saturday, May 5th, Grace Prep and TMI Sports Medicine are offering a Physical Exam Day to all GPA students. The exam cost is $20, and the proceeds will be generously donated back to GPA.  Please Note: This does not go on your insurance and does not require a one-year waiting period between exams. You will pay $20 out-of-pocket, and that money will be sent back to GPA. In return, your student will have his/her required TAPPS Physical Exam and Medical History on file, and it is good for the entire 2012-2013 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to meet the physical therapists, sports trainers, and Dr. Meister (doctor for the Texas Rangers). TMI Sports Medicine provides GPA with all sports trainer services both on and off campus. Click here for a copy of the TAPPS form needed for the exam. We hope all GPA students will take advantage of this special opportunity.

To help keep students moving more efficiently through the exam process, please come to the school at the exam times below:

  • 7th, 8th and 9th graders arrive between 9:00 – 9:20 a.m.

  • Sophomores arrive between 9:20 – 9:40 a.m.

  • Juniors arrive between 9:40 – 10:00 a.m.

  • Seniors arrive between 10:00 – 10:20 a.m.

If you have more than one student needing an exam, please arrive at your earliest scheduled time slot.
