What is the cost of tuition at GPA?

Is there a charge for study hall?

For elementary students, there is a $105 annual fee for each study hall period. For secondary students, there is no additional cost for study hall.

Is the athletic fee per year or per sport?

The athletic fee covers the entire year. Students may participate in as many different sports as they wish for the one athletic fee. When a student’s sport is not “in-season," the student athlete is expected to participate in Sports Performance Training at Grace Prep.

Is there a multiple-child discount at GPA?

Yes. Additional children receive a discount on their tuition (not fees). The second student receives a 10% tuition discount, the third receives a 15% tuition discount, and the fourth (or more) receives a 20% tuition discount.

Does GPA offer financial aid?

Yes. Families requesting financial aid must submit an application each year. Grace Prep partners with an assessment company, FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition). FAST receives the application, processes the information, and gives Grace Prep a recommendation for a percentage to discount a family’s tuition. FAST is not a granting organization.

Please click on the FAST link located in the top right portion of this page. This link is the only way to access the application. FAST charges a $36 fee for the assessment and requires completed 2011 taxes. Families may apply before registering for school. However, the application MUST be completed and submitted with all required documents (including 2011 income tax records) within seven days after turning in school registration paperwork. There are no exceptions. Any applications received after the 7-day period will not be considered for aid.

FAST will send a recommendation to GPA. Once an aid determination has been made and communicated with the family, the family will have one week to accept the aid package or withdraw their registration paperwork with no penalty. After this one-week period, the contract of enrollment will be instated.
